When we were buying our first home post college, I frequented an antique store looking for treasures. I saw this piece of an old metal fence and knew right off it was about to become my pot hanger. I took it home, presented my idea to my husband, and off he went making my dreams come true. In our old house we didn't have vaulted ceilings and the pot hanger was a lot closer to the ceiling which I actually kind of preferred. We had to lengthen the chains for our current home, and it sits tucked nicely next to our pantry where it isn't in the way.
The pots and pans hang from S hooks for easy access. I love this pot hanger and I love that it's an old re-purposed fence.
